By applying for this service via sending a request SMS (play) to number: 16555, a cell user will be bound by the conditions set in this document:

  1. The Content Providers are Resellers of Corporate Airtime (CORPAIR);
  2. Any content provided has been licensed as such by the content provider, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, slogans, logos, and other indicia of origin that appear on or in connection with the Service are the property of the Company and/or its affiliates, licensors and/or licensees. A cell user may not copy, display or use any of these marks without prior written permission of the mark owner.
  3. A cell user will be applying for a random listed content. This listed content, vary as per time and date. E.g. you will receive a random thought of the day when applying for that specific service
  4. The content complies to the Voluntary Code of Conduct as instituted by Botswana Telecommunications Authority for Service Providers dated 26 February 2008;
  5. The content is for the users’ personal use. The cell user may not transmit or re-transmit, broadcast or re-broadcast or make any commercial use of this Service. For example, a cell user may not copy or distribute the Service in any manner not expressly authorized by the Service.
  6. Free SMS's and bundles do NOT apply;
  7. Corporate Airtime will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service is always available but does not guarantee its availability;
  8. If for any reason this service is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Corporate Airtime which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, Corporate Airtime reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written. Corporate Airtime direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  9. With regards to any entry using text via mobile phone: Entrants must subscribe via their own mobile phone. Corporate Airtime is under no obligation to make inquiries as to who is the owner of the mobile phone or the mobile phone number. To the extent permitted by law, Corporate Airtime , telephone networks, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction;
  10. Subscriptions are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Corporate Airtime’s database. Corporate Airtime is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. Corporate Airtime is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
  11. Corporate Airtime disclaims any responsibility for the inability to subscribe, complete or continue the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise;
  12. It is possible, but not guaranteed that airtime could be won whilst applying for the content.

Win airtime Competition; Promotional for content campaign: Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoters are Resellers of Corporate Airtime (CORPAIR);
  2. Contestants are entered into the competitions when purchasing content and stand a chance to win the prizes on promotion;
  3. Contestants can buy as much content as they want;
  4. This promotion and service will run continuously and indefinitely until promoters decide to terminate the competition;
  5. The winning contestants shall be drawn by way of a raffle draw for the prizes. Due to multiple competitions running concurrently winners will be notified as soon as possible;
  6. Entering the competition will be FREE with the purchase of content;
  7. The winners will be contacted on their cell phone numbers used to enter the competition;
  8. The winning contestants shall be the people who are randomly drawn and the lawful users of such mobile phone numbers from which the SMS request message was sent;
  9. The promoter will announce and contact the winners at its own discretion;
  10. The judge's decision is final;
  11. Staff and family of the promoter/s and all affiliated companies are prohibited from entering the competition;
  12. The Promoters reserve the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no right of recourse against the promoter and its affiliated companies;
  13. The promoters and their associated companies, agents, partners and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising from an entrant's participation in the competition;
  14. Entry is open to anyone on the Mobile Networks, except any director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to anyone associated with the Promoter or its affiliated companies;
  15. Permission is required by parents or guardian for any person entering under the age of 18.
  16. In the event of any dispute arising from the competition, the promoters may, at their sole and absolute discretion, be able to nominate a 3rd independent party to adjudicate and decide upon any issues arising from such dispute. Such party's decision will be final and binding upon all participants. The promoter's, organizers and judges will be not obliged to give reasons for their decisions or to enter into correspondence in connection therewith;
